Breathwork 

Through transformational breathwork, I harness the healing power of conscious, connected breathing to release trauma, clear emotional blockages, and bring more alignment into your life, allowing you to heal and grow from within.

This is a deep form of healing work that is accompanied both before, during and after the session. 

Accompanied by music and other tools such as tuning forks, crystals and aroma therapy you can release yourself into a true connection of your body and soul purely through the power of your breath!

What to expect from a Breathwork Session

What to Expect in a Breathwork Session

Introduction (15 min.):

We begin by relaxing and checking in with how you're feeling physically, emotionally, and mentally. We'll discuss any concerns or areas you'd like to focus on, setting an intention for the session.

Breathwork Journey (45 -60 min.):

Lying comfortably on a mat with cushions, blankets, and other support, we begin the breathwork, guided by music. I’ll gently direct your breathing to support your healing process, giving space for emotions to surface and release. This is a time for deep emotional healing and insight.

Integration & Closing  (15 min.):

After the breathwork, we’ll allow time for quiet reflection and integrate the insights gained during the session. You will receive a small snack and some tea to help you ground yourself

We end with a final reflection or discussion, focusing on how to carry the healing experience into your daily life.

How do I prepare & sign up for Breathwork

Schedule your session and, if needed, have a brief pre-session conversation with me to cover any questions.

Wear comfortable clothing

Avoid heavy meals two hours before the session

Make sure you have plenty to drink with you.

Prior to attending an Angel Breathing Breathwork session, you need to complete a sign up form and send this to me either via WhatsApp or email. 

​

You will receive the form via email once you sign up.

Who is Breathwork suitable for?

The beneficial results that can be achieved with Breathwork are generally suitable for everyone. The type and intensity of the session are always individually tailored.

However, caution is advised for those with:

- severe heart/circulatory conditions

- heart surgeries

- pacemakers

- high blood pressure

- epilepsy

- glaucoma

- recent surgery

- pregnancy

For individuals with severe post-traumatic stress disorder or mental health conditions, group sessions are not recommended.

 

If you are suffering from any of these conditions, please reach out and we can explore whether a one-on-one Breathwork session could be suitable.
