Refund Policy

1. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited via the original payment method.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

2. Modifications to Bookings

  • Customers may request modifications to their bookings 2 business days in advance, subject to availability.

  • Any changes within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.
