Through transformational breathwork, I harness the healing power of conscious, connected breathing to release trauma, clear emotional blockages, and bring more alignment into your life, allowing you to heal and grow from within. Accompanied by music and other tools such as tuning forks, crystals and aroma therapy you can release yourself into a true connection of your body and soul purely through the power of your breath!
